The Washington Renegades have a complete coaching staff, emphasizing fitness and skill development. Our head coach, Phil Risinger, served as assistant coach for the Renegades for three years before taking over as head coach in December 2008. Coach Risinger is a "home grown" Renegade rising up from rookie to starting prop to assistant coach and now head coach. Coach Risinger is fully licensed by USA Rugby.
